Skype has added Video-Calling to the Android app
Skype has updated is Android application so you will now be able to make one-to-one video calls from your Android tablet or mobile phone.
The update will run on tablets or smartphones with Android Version 2.3 (and above) installed. It works on both WiFi and/or 3G connections. Your device should have a built-in front-facing camera.

Once installed, you can make video calls from your Android phone or tablet with your Skype contacts on iPhone, Mac, Windows PCs or to other Android phone/tablet users who have installed the same application.
Beside the video update Skype for Android has also been given a new design and user-interface. From the new Main Menu you can now navigate more easily through your contacts, access your profile to change personal details, use the dial pad to make calls and see the balance of your Skype Credit. You can also send SMS messages from the Android app if you have Skype Credits.
